• Participation is by application only; acceptance is at Ikonom's sole discretion.
• The program is limited to a select number of Founding Creators.
• Ikonom may approve or reject any application without obligation to provide a reason.

• 30% recurring commission on every paying customer you refer.
• Commission is calculated on the actual subscription revenue collected — after discounts, promotions (including the Founding Agency discount), credits, refunds, chargebacks and VAT/taxes — not on list price.
• Paid for 12 months from the customer's first successful subscription payment.
• Applies to upgrades and downgrades during the 12-month period.
• The 12-month period begins with the first paid subscription and does not reset on plan changes.
• Commission is payable only while the referred customer maintains an active paid subscription during the original 12-month period. If a subscription is cancelled, commission payments stop; if the customer reactivates within the original 12-month window, commission resumes. The period is measured from the customer's first paid subscription date and does not restart upon reactivation.

• Every Founding Creator receives a unique referral link.
• Referrals are tracked with a 90-day attribution window.
• The first valid referral receives attribution for the customer.
• No commission is awarded for signups without a valid referral link.

Commission is paid only for successful subscription payments. It is not paid for:

• Free trials
• Refunded payments
• Chargebacks
• Fraudulent accounts
• Duplicate or fake accounts

• Commissions are paid monthly.
• Minimum payout threshold: €100.
• Paid via an approved method — e.g. Stripe, Wise or bank transfer.
• Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations in their country.

After public launch, every Founding Creator receives exclusive referral coupons to share with their audience — discounted subscriptions, extended free trials or other launch offers, as determined by Ikonom.

Coupons are linked to your account: any eligible customer who subscribes with a valid coupon or referral link is attributed to you per the attribution terms, and earns recurring commission regardless of the promotional offer used at signup.

Founding Creators may also receive exclusive campaigns and limited-time offers before the general public. Ikonom determines the value, availability, duration, eligibility and redemption conditions of coupons, and may introduce, modify or discontinue campaigns at its discretion.

• Either party may end the partnership at any time.
• Removal for fraud, abuse or violation of the terms cancels future commissions; unpaid commissions from fraudulent activity are forfeited.
• If the partnership ends in good standing, you keep receiving commission on previously referred customers until the end of each customer's original 12-month period.

Founding Creators may receive access to beta features, unreleased functionality or confidential product information, and agree not to publicly share confidential information, roadmaps or unreleased features without prior approval from Ikonom.

Ikonom may modify the program for future participants. Changes to commission rates, benefits or structure will not affect existing Founding Creators already accepted into the program, unless both parties agree otherwise.

• Founding Creator status is personal and may not be transferred or sold.
• Ikonom may investigate referral activity to ensure compliance with these terms.
• By joining, partners agree to these terms and to act in good faith while representing the Ikonom brand.
